Supply Chain Data Analyst Manager

Job Description: 

  • The GTES Manager for EMEA APAC will be responsible for operations of our enablement process to deliver information to our customers in the EMEA and APAC.  
  • The GTES Manager will manage our team in Asia and will liaise and coordinate daily activities with our customer service, logistics, supply chain, security and IT.
  • Manage daily shipments from our factories in Asia, coordinate with CDM and IPLs all the enablement and security requirements within the Technicolor product portfolio as well as new product introductions (NPI)
  • Manage, Develop and enhance KPI’s related to quality of the files delivered to customers
  • Manage relationship with internal and external customers to address enablement and delivery issues daily.
  • Confidence and ability to make process recommendations to improve logistics and supply chain business processes to meet business requirements effectively.
  • Coordinate execution of project tasks and daily activities and be comfortable in working under the pressure of tight project deadlines and daily tasks.
  • Ability to develop and deliver GTES training to other end-users
  • Work very closely with business decision makers, planners, customer services and engineering.
  • Ability to interact with IT to troubleshoot and break fix on the GTES system
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. English is a must


Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong ability to communicate and interact in English (must)
  • Senior level with ability to manage and work with people all over the globe – 7+ years
  • Database skills, ability to query, analyze and trouble shoot data
  • Experience on the electronics industry
  • Strong logistics flow and clear understanding of its process.
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, operate effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment is expected.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work by yourself
  • Motivational and managerial skills
