Customer Service Officer

Within Technicolor Connected Home Operations department and as part of customer services teams, the customer service officer will be responsible to :

  • Coordinate relationship and ensure regular and efficient communication with customers and logistics partners,
  • Follow up orders, from reception to delivery in Japan,
  • Prepare documents needed by customers
  • Manage physical flows of products between from factories to warehouse and from warehouse to customers across Japan
  • Work in a narrow collaboration with sales, planning and finance
  • Analyse and manage templates and data reports

 

The candidate will have :

  • A master in Supply-Chain or Logistics
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge in logistics operations in Japan
  • Team Spirit
  • Good customer relationship
  • Fluent English and Japanese, speaking, reading, writing.
  • Good level of Excel
  • Good knowledge of SAP MD/MM
