HR Manager

People Partner Manager (Part Time 3 days a week


Opportunity to work for a well-established industry leader in Manufacturing and Telecommunications. We are an innovative and collaborative organisation looking to appoint an experienced People Partner Manager to join the business on a permanent part time basis. This role will be responsible for:

You will be responsible for the People Partner function reporting to the Global VP People Partner and  the Managing Director and work as part of a Global HR team. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior management to provide advice and guidance on all HR and ER related queries’
  • Provide employee relations and people development support and advice to the business.
  • Support the deployment of HR Corporate and Business programs, works in network across all business in the region, promotes ESS and MSS
  • Coaching management on employee relations including grievances, performance management and performance reviews
  • Developing policies, procedures, ensuring IR compliance and reporting
  • The People Partner is involved as early as possible in transformation project and provide integrated human resource services to appropriate groups ensuring people related issues are managed effectively

What we are looking for:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resource
  • 5 10 years’ experience in HR business partner role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management skills
  • Problem solving and strong communication skills,
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Adapt to changing conditions with the ability to generate effective and practical solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented.
  • Hands on employee relations experience
  • Proven experience with managing EA’s
  • Good excel skills will be advantage for the role
  • Ability to work under time pressure and at strategic and operational levels
  • A self-motivated and autonomous worker with a personable, positive, and professional attitude.
