SAP Supply Chain and Finance IT Director

The SAP Supply Chain & Finance IT Director will handle all IT aspects supporting the worldwide Supply Chain and Finance processes/flows for our Connected Home Business Division (3bn revenue) in the framework of a large transformation program that was launched in 2019.


Our landscape is based on a worldwide SAP ERP ECC6 application integrated with other key systems (Kinaxis Rapid Response, AGILE PLM , CRM Salesforce) and connected as well to our partners IT landscape (Manufacturing, 3PLs, Freight Forwarders) via EDI connections. Geographical scope is worlwide supporting all regions: NAM, LATAM, EMEA and APAC.

This position will report to the Connected Home Business Division CIO. He/her will lead a team made of 10/15 SAP consultants/project managers as well as an outsourced SAP maintenance team. He/her will also lead other Information Technology application teams who contribute to Supply Chain and Finance activities and projects.
The SAP Supply Chain & Finance IT director will develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how SAP can enable new sources of value. He/her will be working closely with Business partners and will manage the Supply Chain & Finance IT roadmap, project delivery, solution management, sustaining and enhancements. The position will be based in Paris, France close to the Connected Home Business stakeholders.


Key roles of this position:
- Serve as a recognized SAP specialist/business partner for business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance)
- Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how SAP (and other Supply Chain/Logistics Management Software) can enable new sources of value
- Drives SAP IT project roadmap and delivery in coordination with Business partners
- Facilitate and lead business processing modeling or improvement sessions
- Uses efficient and cost-effective approaches to integrate processes and technology into the workplace and improve program effectiveness
-  Lead the functional consultants (FICO, SD, MM, PP) and guides them to ensure successful implementation
- Direct and coordinate SAP development and production activities and manages SAP IT teams (Internal, external, outsourced)
- Coordinate work with other Information Technology teams 
- Manages Supply Chain and Finance global IT Budget for the Connected Home Business Division
-Responsible for building and maintaining effective and efficient technical practice(s) (people, processes, tools, measurement, etc.) in SAP Practice.
- Responsible for the global Connected Home SAP solution availability and reliability.
- Guarantees that Technicolor's Connected Home SAP ERP is kept in optimal operational condition


Candidate Profile:

Very solid understanding of SAP ERP systems/processes required
Technical exposure in different SAP modules like Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing processes.
Large experience and knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes and Finance integration. Good knowledge about new technologies and Supply Chain Management Software (including integration and EDI solutions)
Ability to think logically and strategically about the integration of our systems and be organized enough to perform program management to ensure the strategy is implemented
Demonstrated medium to large scale project and change management skills
Project management methodologies
Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and build working relationships with individuals throughout the organization
Highly adaptable to new business applications
Lean/Six Sigma Knowledge a plus


Other requirements:
- Education: at least Bachelor of Science / Engineer  level
- 15 years’ experience in international SAP project implementation and sustaining 
- Team leader capable of mobilizing and motivating his or her team members 
- Stress resistance and ability to work under challenging situations
- Fluent English mandatory
