Digital Procurement Solutions Manager

Job Description -

 

The new Procurement organization is leading full source to pay operations, processes, and digital solutions. This team is also playing a key role inside the ongoing business transformation, by digitalizing the way we operate, better leveraging our data, enhancing collaboration across teams on Source to Contract processes.

The Digital Procurement solutions manager will drive solutions road map, business support, process and develop opportunities.

 

You will be responsible for the business support & development of our Sourcing and Procurements solutions (Jaggaer and Coupa) that ensure full digital transformation of our processes. You will drive all requirements and technology strategy linked to our processes. You will monitor support team activities through SLA provided by a back office team inside our IT department. You will also drive various projects leading continuous improvement of our solutions and deployment across the different Bus.

 

This position is reporting to the head of Digital Transformation and Procurement Operation and required to collaborate with the rest of the procurement organization in particular our Procurement Business network organized around regional Hubs. You will also consult widely with a range of stakeholders, from end users, project teams, suppliers, and other members of multiple programs.

 

Job Responsibilities –

 

  • Own and manage the procurement solutions ensuring integrity and all actions are taken to achieve targeted performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ensure all procurement business procedures related to our systems are correctly documented, updated, maintained, and distributed.
  • Develop, improve, and deliver timely reports and metrics to management and stakeholders as required
  • Accountable for the effective planning, management, reporting and coordination of projects/initiatives to deliver change in line with business requirements.
  • Manage relationships with third party delivery internal partners such as IT and Back office support
  • Lead relationship with Solution Providers (Jaggaer, Coupa,..)

 

 

Job Qualifications & Educations –

 

  • Advanced degrees in computer science, engineering or Business
  • Experiences in Procure to Pay and Source to Contract process and solutions
  • Skills on Coupa solutions (Certified Coupa is a plus)
  • Qualifications in project management, 5+ years in complex project management
  • Strong understanding of change management principles
  • Experience with offshore management

 

  • Ability to break complex issues into project steps and problem solve. Ability to facilitate stakeholders, work across various technical and functional project teams. Strong feeling of customer’s needs and behaviors.
  • Ability to communicate within various groups and with management. Strong skills in collaborative solutions and able to formalize and highlight key messages in presentation

 

  • Curious, able to develop a vision and to deliver solutions
  • Fluent in English
