Customer Delivery Manager - NAM

Summary

The Customer Delivery Manager (CDM) is responsible for: On time delivery and execution within budget, product quality, financial management (P&L), KPI management, contract change management, and program change management; customer satisfaction, building sustainable customer relationships for future business opportunities, while maintaining Technicolor's best interests. Application of TCH standard processes (S&OP, forecasting…), ETM process management (Phase & Management reviews), master schedule building and follow up. Program reporting towards all stakeholders, including appropriate escalation. The control of account financials, including P&L, inventory management (Excess & Obsolete) and cash generation, for each account. The CDM orchestrates customer engagement, supply planning and delivery, and service selling process to maximize profitability of the account short term and long term.

 

Essential Functions

Account Planning and Management for Designated Accounts

  • Lead core team and provide directon and coaching to project teams 
  • Point of contact for supply & demand activities
  • Maintain overall vision for current and future projects
  • Control of account financials, including P&L, inventory management, and cash utilization
  • Set financial forecast for monthly business review and quarterly business review
  • Optimize cash utilization
  • Establish overall account strategies and planning with sales team
  • Ensure customer risk management plans in place
  • Drive Long Range Plan (LRP)
  • Ensure minimal excess and obsolete inventory during product transitions

 

Customer Engagement for Designated Accounts

  • In coordination with sales team, help drive new product wins with existing customers or drive new customer wins
  • Customer supply planning engagement, ensure continuity of customer supply
  • Act as customer escalation point for business issues

 

Cross-functional engagement across NAM Region

  • Drive organization to meet the business plan for the account (revenue, margin, product cost, operating expenses, cash, inventory)
  • Build products according to forecast.

 

Commercial Agreements for Designated Accounts

  • Overall framework and approval of commercial agreements
  • Drive maintenance and support agreements
  • Ensure compliance with terms of customer and partner agreements

 

Required Education and Experience:  BA/BS

Preferred Education and Experience: 

MBA preferred

Prior CPE experience strongly preferred

Generally requires 10-15+ years related experience

Travel

Travel is expected for this positon : Yes  Up to 50%
