CDD - Customer Service Officer H/F

Temporary CDD contract - 9 months (maternity replacement)

 

Within Technicolor Connected Home Operations department and as part of EMEA/APAC customer services teams, the customer service officer will be responsible for:

 

Customer Service:

 

  • Coordinate relationship and ensure regular and efficient communication with customers and manufacturers.
  • Follow up orders from reception to final delivery
  • Prepare documents needed by customers
  • Optimize and manage physical flows of merchandise between manufactures and customers
  • Work in a narrow collaboration

=> Internally with sales, planning, finance.

=> Externally with warehouse and forwarders.

 

Logistics

 

    • Prepare transport quotation by sea/air/rail
    • Follow-up of bookings for Technicolor shipments
    • Manage complaints and litigations
    • Be the main point of contact for our forwarders

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A master’s in supply-Chain or Logistics
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a global environment
  • Strong knowledge in logistics, import-export flows and incoterms
  • Team Spirit
  • Good customer relationship
  • Fluent English
  • Good level of Excel and SAP
  • Knowledge of letter of credit process is a plus
