SucessFactors Application Support Specialist

IT Corporate Functions is supporting following functions of Corporate Division:

- Finance

- Sourcing

- HR

- Legal & General Secretary

- Travel

- Environment Health & Security"         

* The scope of work of HR IT senior application manager includes HR Core application (supporting EMEA) and HR France.        

* Key roles of this position are:

1. Ensure that SuccessFactors interfaces and reports used by HR (EMEA) are  kept in operational condition, with proper documentation (end user & technical)

2. Ensure that HR France system is  kept in operational condition, with proper documentation (end user & technical)          

3. Manage a portfolio of projects and enhancements for HR France and EMEA internal customers who need interfaces & reports from HR Core application (HR, Travel, Production & planning tools…)    

4. Is the reference point of contact for the software editor (HR France & SuccessFactors EMEA)          

5. Coordinate work with other IT teams and internal customers           

                               

JOB DESCRIPTION (Environment / Missions)

As part of IT Corporate Functions, providing support in the HR area   

- Application support: manage / organize on a day-to-day basis the work related to application and end user support (maintenance, incident, application new release, patches …) 

- Keep ticket backlog under control, ensure no incident remain pending, obtain support from software editor when required, implement preventative actions to reduce risk of incidents and simplify day to day activity  

- Application change management / enhancement: organize workshops, collect business requirement and write specifications, plan and organize work of other contributors. In certain cases, may have to develop reports based on available technology (adhoc report, ORD reports...)               

- Maintain and evolve the knowledge base with respect of Technicolor tools and standards    

- Key interface with other teams in order to coordinate work                 

               

CANDIDATE PROFILE (Education / Experience / Behavior)

Education: at least Bachelor of Science / Engineer  level and able to evolve     

- 10+ Years of support and application management/IT administration, with wide experience in the Compensation module but also in other modules )       

- 5+ Years of SuccessFactors IT administration, with wide experience in the Compensation module but also in other modules )              

- Knowledge on solutions for data  analytics    

- Knowledge in HR processes (payroll / compensation & benefits, recruitment…)        

- Capability to document process and  solution customization

- Agile methodology     

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple environments       

- Good analysis skills, rigor and method, respect for procedures and standards             

- Team spirit, autonomy, good communication skills   

- Team leader capable of mobilising and motivating his or her team members               

- Fluent English mandatory
