Senior application manager - SAP integration with Finance applications

IT Corporate Functions is supporting following functions of Corporate Division:

- Finance

- Sourcing

- HR

- Legal & General Secretary

- Travel

- Environment Health & Security"

* Key roles of this position are:

1. Application support: ensure that all applications in his/her scope are kept in operational condition, with proper documentation (end user & technical)

2. Incident management: troubleshoot, coordinate mobilization of proper stakeholders until resolution, do post incident analysis and document resolution

3. Manage a portfolio of projects, deployments, and enhancements

4. Is the reference point of contact for the software editor

5. Coordinate work with other IT teams and internal customers

JOB DESCRIPTION (Environment / Missions)

As part of IT Corporate Functions, providing support in the Finance area         

- Application support: manage / organize on a day-to-day basis the work related to application and end user support (maintenance, incident, application new release, patches …) 

- Keep ticket backlog under control, ensure no incident remain pending, obtain support from software editor when required, implement preventative actions to reduce risk of incidents and simplify day to day activity  

- Application change management / enhancement: organize workshops, collect business requirement, and write specifications, plan and organize work of other contributors  

- Maintain and evolve the knowledge base with respect of Technicolor tools and standards    

- Key interface with other teams in order to coordinate work 

- In case of integration with other systems: coordinate / lead the effort.            

- In case of integration with SAP systems: support / execute end to end integration tests, including tests in SAP               

CANDIDATE PROFILE (Education / Experience / Behavior)

Education: at least Bachelor of Science / Engineer level and able to evolve       \

10+ Years of expeirence in supporting applications and managing projects     

- 7+ Years of SAP Finance/Logistics, with deep experience in the integration with other systems (can read idocs, tables) and experience in ABAP              

- Knowledge of Finance processes (GL, A/P, A/R, Treasury/Bank)       

- Capability to document process and  solution customization

- Agile methodology     

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple environments       

- Good analysis skills, rigor and method, respect for procedures and standards             

- Team spirit, autonomy, good communication skills   

- Team leader capable of mobilising and motivating his or her team members               

- Fluent English mandatory
