<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">GENERAL SUMMARY:

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">HR Shared Services Centre is part of the Global HR Organization accountable for delivering consistent, high quality, and efficient centralized services to HR, Employees and Manager Communities with the ability to scale as the business grows. Primary responsibilities include acting as HRSS Subject Matter Expert and liaison for a specific HRSS functional expertise or HRSS Customer Group (Knowledge Centres, BU HRBP Teams & Country HRBP Teams).

 

<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">As part of this scope, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and documenting HRSS Knowledgebase / Repository.

Poland and other regions.
<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">The role will provide an opportunity to work with a range of Technicolor businesses and will be focussed on supporting our HR Operations Team either the New Hires / Starters Team, Lifecycle Management Team or the Leavers (Exit Management Team)

<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Providing resolution to employee and manager inquires as well as transactional and operational support to Senior Human Resources Managers (SHRM’s) and HR Knowledge Centers for specialized services
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Additional areas of functional expertise may include Employee Separation (Voluntary or Redundancy), Employment Letters, Salary Increase Letters, HR Program Support (Employee Data Management)
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Tasks are completed with accuracy and in an efficient manner, within the specified SLAs. May require multiple interactions and coordination of activities
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">To work cross functionally to resolve inquiries
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Updates relevant HR System (Workday / Oracle) to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely data entry
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ensures compliance with requirements established by company procedures, local government regulations, and audit requirements
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Works with limited autonomy under moderate direction
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Work is reviewed for accuracy and overall quality

 

<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">COMPETENCIES:

  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">A strong command over written and spoken Polish
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">The capability to plan and schedule work in line with changing priorities
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Proficiency in the use of MS Office – Excel, Word and Outlook
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ability to work with high volume workload and tight deadlines
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Customer focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • <span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">A strong sense of attention to detail with a focus on service delivery

 

<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif"> 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
